We encourage groups to try and reach the $500 net sales owed mark and most exceed these sales easily. Although we understand it can be tougher for some groups. If the order does not reach this mark we will have to re-book on a day/time based on our schedule and delivery routes. We appreciate your flexibility on this matter.
2. Where do you deliver?
Terra Cotta Cookie Co. uses their own delivery trucks to service groups directly. We are able to deliver fundraisers within a one hour radius of our location in Georgetown, Ontario). (This covers all of Toronto and GTA and some of the Golden Horseshoe.) Call to inquire if we can service your area before starting your fundraising campaign. There are no additional charges for delivery. Larger fundraisers will be considered outside of the GTA.
3. How do we schedule customer pick up and ensure products remain frozen?
You should schedule your customer pick up time to be one half hour to an hour after the delivery is made i.e.) delivery at 1pm and pick up at 1:30pm or 2pm.In this time you can sort and organize products. Our cookie dough will arrive to you frozen. It holds up very well outside of a freezer for up to 5 hours in our experience. Coordinate with our fundraising expert to ensure a smooth distribution.
4. Do you give prizes? Can I get additional prizing?
Yes we offer a 3lb giant baked cookie with every fundraiser that surpasses $500. 1 per fundraiser NOT 1 per $500 Additional 3lb Large Cookies can be purchased for $20 each
5. Are your products Kosher?
YES! All of our products have been given a kosher designation that can be found on the fundraising item brochures. Products are also certified by Halal Advisory Group.
6. What if I receive late orders? Can I add-on to our order?
Sometimes we will accept late orders up to a week past your delivery date and confirm if they can be shipped with the rest of the order. Only the coordinator can place the add-on order and it can only be done once. Every effort will be made to accommodate late orders, however during our busy season we may need to deliver these at a later date.
7. What if I am missing an item?
We recommend you wait 72 hours before contacting us, as in most cases someone else has taken the product home by mistake and will return it. We will ensure that in the end everyone has received 100% of their orders.
